Windows 10: 0x800706D9 - Download OneNote in MS Store

As you see on the title, I still hardly figure out what causes this error and how I can fix it. I tried to search for a solution on the Internet, but not much. Until now, I have followed this website https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...ror-code/eb00ca76-8d7d-4db0-b27a-897f6289683e, run at least 10 times through Windows Troubleshoot, and restart my Store by Windows PowerShell. I also used CMD with DISM, re-install MS Office. However, all of that are not as helpful as I expected.

If you read this post, could you give me some advices?

I suggest you try restart your Computer and try to open your OneNote . if issue still persists, I kindly suggest you to follow the steps mentioned by Ruxo in the following thread which discusses about how to uninstall OneNote .
