Windows 10: 0x80070781 outlook error

Hi,


I used this extensively to solve my problem but no luck:

My issue is that I cannot add any outlook.com account to outlook. I even tried another email address just to make sure and it comes up with the same error number.


The email address was in outlook earlier and worked sporadically, I deleted the .pst file and removed the email from Outlook, now I can't get it signed back in. I get the password put in and then it shows the error.


Any help?

The error message 0x80070781 you received are possibly due to system files corruption or missing, hard disk errors or bad sectors, the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.

0x80070781 error

I cannot sign in to the Microsoft Store because I receive an error 0x80070781. The troubleshooter detects sync error and also a root cause error.

 

Error Code 0x80070781

When I try to sign into my Microsoft account (for games, Xbox, etc.
Except when I sign into bing), It says "Something went wrong" with the following error code: 0x80070781 and says "The name of the file cannot be resolved by the system." The worst thing is, I can't find any guides on how to solve this. Is there any
way I can solve this?
