Windows 10: 0x8007139F , I get this error code

I get the error code: 0x8007139F whenever I try to update the Xbox Gaming Services on Microsoft Store. I need help.

When I try to scan my PC , it says that the scan could not be started and "the group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation." and displays the Error Code 0x8007139f.

I several times restarted the computer but it shows same Error Code 0x8007139f.

i am using

WINDOWS 10 Operating System (64 bit)

Activated with Digital Entitlement
