Windows 10: 0x8007232B happens after months of nonuse

Fresh install after weirdness where no MS apps worked. Did updates as usual and insider updates in slow ring as well. after not using the laptop for months, I get on, it updates to newest .Net framework updates, reboots, and now its saying to have it approved by my organization or something of the like. I have Win10Pro and always have... used the MS download tool and everything when I reinstalled Windows and should have a digital license on file according to microsoft.com and all my MS apps have me logged in normally....they just dont show my avatar like during login anymore and stuff. def an online account as well...

Windows 10 Pro Error Code 0x8007232B


On Domain environment recently upgraded Windows 8.1 Pro with Windows Update Server but Windows 10 Pro unable to activate.
However i click on manual activation button but nothing happens.
Any Suggestions & help

I also call and talk with Microsoft representative he told me that we have volume license keys and you are not allowed to upgrade to windows 10.
It is very strange situation.
I had upgraded to Windows 10 by two methods one was downloaded Windows10Upgrade9252.exe and installed second method was patch with Microsoft Windows Update Server.
On Second method Windows 10 was not activated however from first method activated successfully both have Volume License Key.

I do not understand both machine (Activated & Non Activated) have Volume License but Activated one was that who was upgrade through Microsoft tool.
