Windows 10: 0x80073D0A error code!

Discus and support 0x80073D0A error code! in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; I keep getting this error every time I try to install anything.     I keep getting this error every time I try to install anything. Please help me, I can’t install stuff from the internet or from the Microsoft store. Any info/help is greatly appreciated.- recently updated windows 10- lost access to windows security- installed Norton 360Please let me know if I should provide any more info. Thank you!

    BIOS error codes

    So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

    Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

    Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
