Windows 10: 0x80240023 error while trying to install language features

I upgraded to Windows 11 22H2 build 22621.1 Release Preview Channel and apparently:It broke the Japanese IME, which means i can no longer use anything except Direct input/AlphanumericAnd whenever I try to reinstall the basic typing feature, it threw an error:Already tried sfc/ scannow, using the Windows Update troubleshooter, but nothing worked. How do I fix this?

Did you decline the license terms when you were prompted to accept?

The first step would be to try resetting Windows updates using an automatic script. See:

Make sure you run the script as an administrator.

Error: 0x800f0954 "Sorry, download failed try again later" when installing basic typing feature for Japanese language

I understand that you are unable to install the basic typing feature of Japanese language pack.

I suggest you to try uninstalling and re-installing the language pack and check if that helps. You can follow the steps mentioned below to uninstall the language pack.

1. Go Settings >
   Time & Language > Language.
   
2. Now click on the Japanese language and click on
   Remove.
   

Once the language pack is removed, refer the article to

However, as the issue is happening on Windows 10 Education environment, I suggest you to post your query on

TechNet forums, as they have dedicated support for issues happening on Windows 10 Education environment.
