Windows 10: 0x803F7001 cod eroare

am un w10 pro trial care nu pot sa-l dezinstalez ca sa pot instala w 10 home cumparat si cu serial number.

apare 0x803F7001 cod eroare si ma obliga sa cumpar trialul

Cum sa scap de trial si să instalez w 10 home pe care l-am cumpărat

De fiecare data când incerc sa descarc o aplicatie imi da eroare si acest cod 0x803F8001 . Ce pot face ?
