Windows 10: 0x803f8001 Error Code

I get this error code every time I'm installing Ark: Extinction through the Microsoft store App. I have the Explorer's Edition of the game so it comes with all the dlc's to but when I go to install all of them go just fine except Extinction. I have tried 4 or 5 different fixes from different posts about this on going issue and haven't had any success. I have had no issues with anything windows 10 except this one problem thats been going on for like 4 years now as far as I can tell. In my case it might be a miss-association with this particular dlc but I don't know for sure. When I click on the store link for the dlc itself it says I still need to buy it but that would redundant since I bought the Explorer's Pack which came with it anyways.


Any potential insight on the issue would be appreciated since its kind of annoying that I can't play what I paid for as it stands

App Not updating error code 0x803f8001

It wont update Windows Reading List and says Error Code 0x803f8001
