Windows 10: 0x87AF000B can't be fixed

So that I got the 0x87AF000B error code, when I tired to download the movie maker 10. It failed to download, and that all solutions I find online has failed.I ran

• Get-AppXPackage Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml"}

in powershell and got thisi ran it as admin

The database disk image is malformed

Error Code: 0x87AF000B

I keep getting Error Code: 0x87AF000B when I try to update or install apps. Its mostly the installing part I think, and I am not quite sure how to fix it. I have tried many of the solutions listed but I can't seem to get anything to work for me... Any tips
or help?

There are a number of threads on Microsoft regarding the Store and error 0x87AF000B (though none seem marked 'solved'). Many mention that it will work correctly signed into Windows with another account (local or Microsoft). Here's one...

It suggests that something in your user profile is to blame. Have you tried using a different user account?
