Windows 10: 0xc0000005 Exception code and .dll file errors Windows 10

Good day.Could anyone help me fix .dll errors with exception code: 0xc0000005? I've been having errors in .dll files especially in the game Control. According to the event viewer, the following files are the faulting module:- puppet_rmdwin10_f.dll- d3d_rmdwin10_f.dll- snd_rmdwin10_f.dlland many other .dll filesThe exception code seems to always be 0xc0000005.Thank you in advance.

Windows 10, 2004 update fails on appraiser.dll with error code 0xC0000005

I tried to install Windows 2004, and I get the error code 0xC0000005. Looking at the logs from the installation in the Panther directory, I see the following:

Exception (code 0xC0000005: ACCESS_VIOLATION) occurred at 0x00007FFEA182D8C1 in C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\appraiser.dll

I was able to read the dump file for this error, and I see the check failing on this step:

Hi Samuel,

If running your antivirus software to scan for malicious programs does not help, I suggest disabling Data Execution Prevention. It's a built-in feature on Windows for protecting your computer. Some programs may not be compatible with this feature and opening
the app or game will cause 0xc0000005 error.

To disable it, log in using an admin account and follow these steps:

1. Press Windows key + R, type sysdm.cpl and press
   Enter.
2. Click the Advanced tab > Settings button.
3. Click the Data Execution Prevention tab.
4. Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select.
   
5. Click Add and open the problematic executable file/game.
6. Click OK.

My copy of Windows Media Player has decided to fail whenever I try to use it. It gives message:

As far as I know this might have been caused by the Windows update dated 14 03 2017, following which I now have Windows 10 64 bit Pro Version 1607 Build 14393.953.

Any ideas?
