Windows 10: 0xc0000006 error

Discus and support 0xc0000006 error in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; 0xc000006 error occured on my laptop when i was using it and after that my screen start turning off and on and its saying everytime that it needs to...     0xc000006 error occured on my laptop when i was using it and after that my screen start turning off and on and its saying everytime that it needs to restart but it didn't help and it continued the process again and again. Please help

    Error status 0xc0000006

    Every time I login I get the message:

    C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft.windows.gdiplus_6595b64144ccf1df_1.1.10586.20_none_db007f1392e69ef4\gdiplus.dll is either not designed for Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or
    contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000006.

    If I look at this file, it was modified on 12-08-2015.

    Since I don’t know what program uses this file I have no way of fixing it.

    Any suggestions?
