Windows 10: 0xc000000d

i need help with this, way back i installed windows 10 on my windows 7 and now i regret it and can not ever get from recovery and its getting really frustrating. I have a dells laptop and ive made a media USB but for some reason it didnt work? i also tried changing the boot ways and it didnt work either. also i dont have an option for legacy or UEFI when i look in boot so i don’t know whats the problem with that. ive noticed that other people have /BCD but i dont? whats the reason for that also i feel like theres no use in this laptop anymore since its been stuck like this for a while now, but

Error-0xc000000d

I have download the BIOS files from HP support mentioning the laptop Serial number, product ID etc and perform the steps also but still 0xc000000d not resolved. As per them it is due to windows 10 corrupt and have to run the application image DVD/ USB which
they will provide with a cost.

I have sent a email to microsoft IDs stating that my system is working very slow and need your help but that was not responded. After few days this issue occurred 0xc000000d.
