Windows 10: 0xc000000e error after update

I have an AMD 3950x and corsair 2Tb m.2 gen4 and for some reason I'm getting a 0xc000000e error when I boot up.

I am unable to use the usb to repair windows.
I tried

bootrec /fixmbr, which couldn't find path

bootrec /rebuildbcd, which it says is successful but it doesn't find any Windows installations

and finally, bootrec /fixboot, which comes to 'Access is denied.'

When I go to command prompt I doesn't not ask me which account





I tried to disable fast boot and nothing happened. When I went into disk part I see something very odd. It looks like my volumes have doubled? I'm super confused and want to try and keep all my data if possible.




The disks also seem to duplicate. Not sure what else to try, please help

Error 0xc000000e after update

I rebooted my PC to update windows. Stuck on the Windows logo. When restart, an error 0xc000000e appeared. Made a boot usb with windows. Automatic repair doesn't work... Tried console commands:

Bootrec /fixmbr

Bootrec /fixboot

Bootrec /rebuildbcd

On /fixboot it says accsess denied

And after trying to run windows i just change error from 0xc000000e to 0xc000000f. Great updating, windows. How can i use my system again?
