Windows 10: 0xc000000e Error Code without Working Keyboard

My PC is a custom AMD desktop PC. Here are the specs.

AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
AMD AM4 Motherboard (GIGABYTE GA-AB350M-DS3H)

2x Corsair 8gb DDR4 RAM

Inland Professional 240gb SSD and Drevo X1 Series 60GB SSD

EVGA 500w Power Supply



Prior to the booting problems my keyboard was causing me problems. It wouldn't hold a key, so when gaming my character would just strut forward like a peacock, instead of running. Holding a key acted like pressing it constantly. Turning on Filter Keys and running Antivirus software (Windows Defender did not find anything but MalwareBytes did) eased the problem, but did not get rid of it. I also had found that I had a second installation of Windows 10 installed which I deleted from the settings (ensuring I did not delete the default and used OS I was running).

After that I restarted. And then came new problems.

The PC restarted twice (and has consistently so every time I turned it on) and came up BSOD before anything happened, with the error code 0xc000000e and asking to use recovery options to help detect problems. So I pressed enter. Nothing. I pressed it again. Nothing. Great now the keyboard wouldn't work. So I restarted and asked my roommate to borrow his keyboard, which didn't work either. So I opened up my PC (for Pete's sake I need some compressed air), took out all the components, removed the CMOS battery and waited about five minutes before reinserting it. Power on and back to square one. Blue screen with the same error. I also removed and reinserted the ram sticks but the same screen came up.

I plan to buy a PS/2 keyboard to see if that works, and I am waiting on a shipment for a new CMOS battery too, so I will try that as soon as I can. Otherwise what other solutions are there?
Sidenote, I have a media creation kit on USB and inserted it but without the keyboard I cannot do any instalations, and it wouldn't do it automatically on its own anyhow.

Ok, so I updated MSI software, and I reboot my computer and I got error code 0xc000000e and have no usb support. Any help on just getting my keyboard and/or mouse back would be appreciated.
