    hi,


    my laptop stopped working and constantly shows this error code after attempting to boot.


    I understand that i need the usb installation drive but is this computer brand specific and where would i be able to find the authentic download required?


    Also, is there any actions that i need to complete upon placing the installation usb disk into the computer or does it automatically fix the issues that I have?
