Windows 10: 0xc0000022 when I try to activate my Win10

I cannot activate my Win10. Whatever I do, I get the error 0xC0000022. I must say that I recently changed my motherboard to a new one. Also, the digital license is linked to my Microsoft account. I have a laptop where the OS is activated with this digital license and everything works fine there.
"Troubleshooting" does not help me in any way either, the same error 0xc0000022. In the field "Activation" of the system parameters nothing is written, except for "more details..."
Are you can solve the problem without reinstalling the OS? No OS updates are required and there are not driver conflicts.

I don't know what to do, help me.

Я не могу активировать свою Win10. Что бы я не делал, я получаю сообщение об ошибке 0хC0000022. Я должен сказать, что недавно я сменил свою материнскую плату на новую. Также, цифровая лицензия привязана к моей учетной записи Microsoft. У меня есть ноутбук, где ОС активирована с помощью этой цифровой лицензии и там все работает отлично.

"Устранение неполадок" мне тоже не помогает никак, та же самая ошибка 0xc0000022. В поле "Активация" параметров системы ничего не написано, кроме "подробнее..."

Получится решить проблему без переустановки ОС? Обновления ОС не требуются и никаких конфликтов с драйверами нет.

Я не знаю что мне делать, помогите мне.

Activation options for Win10 with instant clones

We have a secure (no internet access) lab environment setup to test and validate a VMWare VDI deployment of Win10 clients.

Our issue is activation of the Win10 clients as they require re-activation every time we logoff and back on because we are using instant clones.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to resolve this? Here are the options we are considering and issues as we understand them:

• Setup a KMS server
  • Requires a Volume license, which is doable
  • Documentation says we must have a minimum of 25 hosts, we don' have that in our lab
• Use our MSDN account
  • No support for Win10 KMS license
  • No support for MKS activation
• Manually activate each time
  • Gonna spend a lot of time on the phone
  • Win10 has no grace period so machines are crippled w/o activation

Anyone have a thought or suggestions? I'm hoping I missed something.
