Windows 10: 0xc000007b error , help me! windows 10

Hello guys! I have some serious problems with my laptop. I can't play any game, it gives me 0xc0000007b error every time.
I found a thread on this forum to solve it ( Solved 0xc000007b Error - Windows 10 Forums ) and in this thread i found this quote

Hi when I update windows 10, I get the error code 0xc000007b. Can anyone help

 

You cannot replace a system file which is currently in use. Try either of the following:

• download a program that will replace the file on next system boot;
• boot into Windows Recovery, start a command prompt and do the operations there;
• boot into a portable Linux distro and do what you want.

computer says that i have no permission, not that the program is in use

 

Take Ownership - Add to Context Menu in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

Add this to your context menu and run it on the folder that includes the files you have no permission for.
