Windows 10: 0xc0000142 Can't fix i tried all

Hello!


I have this "classic" error that i can't fix.


I made a research before i post, i have tried a lot of "fixed" but none worked.


I have this problem in an application that does not need to be installed, just launch.


The strange thing is that i was using this app for a long time without any issue, and then

i just launch the app like always and "boom", suddenly this error occurs.


I don't know why..

Error 0xc0000142.

I purchased a Dell Inspiron laptop that is 2 weeks old. I downloaded Macrium Reflect. When I tried to download a Rescue disk, I got error message 0xc0000142.
See screenshot.
Is there a reliable fix for this?

Office 365 programs: Application unable to start correctly 0xc0000142

I just started getting this 0xC0000142 code whenever I tried to start an office application, Outlook, Excel, etc. I tried a lot of suggestions and finally used the online repair option. It basically downloaded and re-installed the whole package. Everything is working again.
