Windows 10: 0xc000021a error while starting Windows 10

Hello Microsoft I got a problem while starting my pc. It's showing 0xc000021a error. I tried many ways but its not solving. This happened when I did a System restore. I can't reset my computer too. When I click system restore its taking hours and not solving error. When I tried cmd options its not working too. I tried these commands, sfc /scannow, dsim /image:c:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions. Please help me to solve my problem.
