Windows 10: 0xc002001b Activation Error Code

I updated my Windows 10 to the 1903 Update using the Media Creation Tool and It appears that my Windows was no longer activated. When told to troubleshoot my activation, I get the error message "We can't activate Windows on this device right now. You can try activating again later or go to the Store to buy genuine Windows. (0xc002001b)". I searched up the error code on the internet and Windows Help and I haven't gotten anything regarding what the error code means or how to fix my problem. Would anyone happen to know what 0xc002001b is and how to fix it? Help would be greatly appreciated.

The windows 10 fails to be activated now ( error code is 0xC002001B)

My Windows 10 cannot be activated by my genuine Windows 7 product key. The error code is 0xC002001B. The free Windows 10 upgrade from my Windows 7 have worked great since 2 years ago until yesterday. The windows 10 fails to be
activated now.

Does it means MS start to charge us our windows 10 upgrade?

Possibly there can be the problem with Microsoft activation Server, so your Windows 10 is not activated. In this scenario, you need to wait and verify if it is the issue from Microsoft’s side. But if you are getting error code 0x803f7001, you can also try these steps:

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.
