    Ive been trying to install sea of thieves for atleast 2 weeks and i cant find a fix to this : 0xC03F6603, i live between two houses and at one house i am able to install on a different pc but when i get on this one i am not able to get install it and it shows this error code 0xC03F6603

    Error code 0xC03F6603 when trying to download Forza Motorsport 7

    Hi there,

    I've been getting weird errors for a couple of days now. Whenever I try to install Forza Motorsport 7 I get error 0xC03F6603 just after it shows 'acquiring licence'.

    Things I have tried to no avail:

    1) I ran WSReset.exe.

    2) I reset the store.

    3) Signed out and signed in again.

    4) Changed the default drive to install the app in (and tired ALL my drives)

    5) Ran the Windows Store Troubleshooter and the account troubleshooter.

    6) Checked my timezone and made sure it was syncing

    7) Ran sfc /scannow

    8) Re-registered Windows Store

    9) Turned off firewall and ran through 1-9

    10) Reset the PC (but with all files/applications unchanged).

    Before I consider doing a fresh install of Windows 10 (and all the annoyance that comes along with that) I wanted to check in first. Am I missing something?

    Nope... In my country the game was released today at 18:00 and still can't download. I'm getting 0xC03F6603 error after license check. Horrible support from Microsoft. I have tried many solutions like wsreset, cleaning cache, and many other experiments,
    but still it wont start downloading.

    Game pass games won't work

    I can't seem to run Gears 5 or The Outer Worlds, any help would be greatly appreciated. Whenever I run them I get this error code. "Location of exe... File system error (-1069586941)"

    When I try to download Gears of War 4 I get this error too:
