    0xC1800103 0x90002 Error when trying to create USB Boot or ISO?


    Hey all...have been trying for hours to getthe MS Media Creation Tool to let me create an ISO or USB Boot Disk, but all I get is: 0xC1800103 0x90002

    I've tried wiping the SoftwareDistribution/Download folder, I've tried deleting the $WINDOWS.~BT and $WINDOWS.~WS folders the tool creates, I've tried wiping my system Temp folder, I've tried wiping my DNS Cache, but nothing seems to work....

    Anybody have ANY ideas how to sort this out or have an alternative location I could download the 64-bit ISO of Win10 at?

    Media Creation Tool is not working

    Same here. Yesterday I tried it on 2 different notebook brands and one PC, all have the same error code 0xC1800103-0x90002.

    Today it seems to create ok on my thumbdirve, work, but it crash while trying to run it from boot up.

    I wasted a whole day trying to fix this error, with no luck. I tried everything that I found only.
    I did not want to install an EXE program in your computer to be able to get the ISO files, so I came up with this simple workaround:
    • Visit Microsoft's Windows 10 ISO page using a non-Windows system (Android, Linus, Apple). Any system that you can export the file in a USB drive or send a >4Gb file to your Windows machine. You can even install a small Android-based system in your Windows machine, such as Remix OS so you can download the file.
    • Selected the system edition (options were Windows 10, Windows 10 N, and Windows 10 Single Language)
    • Selected product language
    • BINGO! Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions were available for download from links that expire within 24 hours.
