Windows 10: 0xC1900101 Error When Updating to 1909

For the life of me I can't fix this issue. I've probably put around 10 hours into trying to fix it so far.

My computer start updating, gets to 3%, shuts off, reboots, and then says "undoing changes made to computer" and goes back to previous update.

The full error is 0xC1900101 - 0x2000C

I've tried disconnecting all peripherals, running sfc scan, booting update from flashdrive, updating drivers through device manager, updating from fresh restart by disabling all startup programs.

Any help would be much appreciated. The Microsoft store doesn't let you install certain games without the latest Windows update, so I really need to update my computer.

Windows 10 update 1903 to 1909 error 0xc1900101

Hello,

I am currently running Windows 10 version 1903 and I try to upgrade to version 1909, but it doesn't matter how many times I try, once the update reaches 100%, it says restore to the previous version of Windows or something, and in The update, History shows
error "0xc1900101".

Any help would be appreciated.

Unable to upgrade one of the system to Windows 10 Update Error 0xC1900101 - 0x20004

Thank you for the reply. I read both of those threads already.

1. Resetting BIOS. I flashed BIOS to the latest version. Currently running default settings. No change.

2. Andre da Costa brings up a list of reasons. For error 0xC1900101-0x20017 he says refer to error 0xc000021a.

2a. Regarding his troubleshooting steps for error 0xc000021a. He says to wipe the drive and switch from NTFS to GPT. This is incorrect. If this was true, then no one could update from Windows 7 to Windows 10 without a clean install. Beyond which, I updated
my first desktop from Windows 7 to Windows 10 when it was running Windows 7 on NTFS.

2b. Regarding his additional troubleshooting steps for error 0xC1900101-0x20017. He has a number of suggestions, such as disabling peripherals. I tried all of these for both .iso and USB installs. No luck.

Any other suggestions?
