  1. 100% disk, 40% CPU and 60% memory on a wiped computer?

Hello,I wiped my computer's disk HP with the Windows 10 Home edition because its performance was worryingly poor - I couldn't use it at all. After I did it it worked well for some time, I didn't install anything except for a browser on it but now using it has become troublesome again. When I go to Task Manager it shows me similar stats as before I wiped the disk - 100% disk, 40% CPU and 60% memory usage. What could possibly cause it? Is it the disk at fault and can I do nothing but buy a new one?PS: The computer wasn't even used for a long time. I bought it in 2018 and used until 2020 becaus

    :)

    100% Disk usage | Memory | CPU

My computer is very laggy. For small actions like clicking on the start button, searching, opening folders, using internet browsers I have to wait multiple seconds to be able to complete them.

Also, in task manager I have this values:

    100% disk usage, 70-80% memory usage , 35-40% CPU

I did the math, my disk usage doesn't go above 4mb/s, but it shows 100%.

The memory is about ~2000mb used, but it shows 80%+.

Same for CPU, it's ~20% and it shows 35-40%+.

I tried most of the solutions for the '100% disk usage' error. I don't know what to do anymore. I want to be able to use my computer at the full potential.

PS: I can play high requirements games, but not at the highest quality.

  3. CPU/Memory/Disk Usage at 100%

Whenever I run any program on my laptop, my disk usage, along with CPU and memory usage shoot up to 100%. Even without running any programs, task manager still shows them operating at around 60-70%. I have tried every other online solution with no success
    whatsoever.

The above image shows what it normally operates at with the programs I have on. What makes it worse is that I cannot identify what is causing the high usage as for CPU, roughly 80% is unaccounted for, 40% for Memory and 70% for Disk (System was operating
at 30% at the time, this is not shown in the image).

Any advice into fixing this or/and preventing this from occurring in the near future will be much appreciated.

    Computer Specifications:

    RAM: 4GB (3.89GB Usable)

    Processor: AMD A4-9120 RADEON R3, 4 COMPUTE CORES 2C + 2G 2.20GHZ

System type: 64-bit Operation system, x64-based processor

    Edition: Windows 10 v1909

    EDIT:

After applying Eiji's solution, to no avail, I decided to check task manager again to see the usage again without any programs. The results can be seen below and this was after leaving it for 5 minutes without running any programs.

CPU tends to spike to 80% then drops back down, disk usage seems to be low, but the main issue is that memory is at 59% capacity even though I have nothing open. Now I know that memory can affect disk usage but can it also affect CPU usage as well or is
    that a separate issue?

100% disk, 40% CPU and 60% memory on a wiped computer?

Nearly Maxed CPU, Memory, and Disk

Hello, wondering if anyone can shed some light onto my problems. I have recently just had my computer completely wiped and upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

Edit 1 - I was having these problems previously. Not just since I have upgraded to Windows 10.

My CPU, memory and disk are not always nearly maxed out at the same time, but can be when running simple programs.

When I am not doing anything on my pc I hover around 58-60% memory usage. I have 4gb of RAM.

Another problem I have is with my CPU. Doing simple tasks such as opening Chrome can push my CPU to basically 20% for a short burst. Slowing everything down. Just opening up a website can sometimes push it to basically 100% CPU. I opened up Kongregate for this test and that went to 68% CPU. Youtube took it up and when opening a video that also went to 60% odd.
    I have quad core Intel Core i5 CPU. 650 @ 3.20GHz

    Edit 2 -

Just managed to clock my disk at 100%. Is that supposed to be normal?
