Windows 10: 100% Disk Usage! Tried every method but it didn't solved!

    100% Disk Usage! Tried every method but it didn't solved!


    Can someone help!? It has been a month I'm trying to solve 100% Disk Usage issue.

    I tried many methods but none of them work.

    Methods I tried :-

    - Run Disk Chek

    - Disabled or Update anti-virus

    - Disabled Windows Search

    - Disabled Superfetch/Sysmain

    - Block sites from running flash

    - Uninstalled Chrome (Installed Brave)

    - Skype uninstalled

    - Resolve PCI-Express

    - Uninstalled Steam

    - Disabled Diagnostic Tracking

    - Updated latest Windows + Disabled Windows update from Services

    - Reset Virtual Memory

    - Activate High Performance Mode

    - Installed Latest SATA derivers

    - Settings, click Privacy, and turn off the four slides. (Still doesn't work)

    - Check for malware. (Full Scanned twice using Norton Security Plus)

    Can someone help, please! It's annoying me now!

    In Safe Mode you can use the Resource Monitor:

    100% Disk Usage, tried some methods found online.

    40MB/s over USB 2 is about right- here's both ways on mine. (Of course depends on a few other things).
