Windows 10: 100% DiskUsage

I’ve had dell hop on and “fix it”. Barely have anything downloaded on it. Tried everything they’ve said and some of my own things. After they hopped on and did what they needed to do it was fine for a few hours. Then the 100% disk usage was an issue again. HUGE noticeable difference. PC is about 2 months old

Clean install, disk usage at 100%

I've seen that article. and I am in fact not running that driver. I followed the steps and it does not appear in the list.

• Expand computer and highlight the extension.
• There will be an icon to scan for hardware changes right below
  help.
• Check the USB device to see whether it is working.

Step 3: Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.

• Press the Windows + X, and click on Search.
• Type troubleshooting and select Troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Sound and select Hardware and Devices and click on Next to run the troubleshooter.
