Windows 10: 10166 will not install over10130

Discus and support 10166 will not install over10130 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; evening guys,need a bit of info please have downloaded fsb 10166 numerous times as updates it says its installing gets to 100%,and then says a restart...     10166 will not install over10130


    evening guys,need a bit of info please have downloaded fsb 10166 numerous times as updates it says its installing gets to
    100%,and then says a restart has been scheduled or restart now which i have done,that restarts and is configuring w10 to
    100% it then stars again and the log in screen appears type in my password and home screen is back to 10130,then notification to say updates were not installed,check updates again and fsb 10166 is there again.any ideas guys==== bob

    WINDOWS 10 BUILD 10166 INSTALATION

    HELLO,

    I INSTALLED AND DOWNLOADED THE BUILD 10166 IN MY PC AND AFTER IT RESTARTED IT SHOWED ME AN ERROR AND I CANT INSTALL THE BUILD 10166 AND I CANT FIND IT IN THE WINDOWS UPDATE I REFREST IT ALOT OF TIMES BUT NOTHINIG CAN SOMEONE HELP ME ..
