Windows 10: 10586 network problems

Windows 10 Build 10586 - 'Network' in Navigation Pane of Windows Explorer & Apple Boot Camp

When selecting the 'Network' key in the Navigation pane of Windows 10 Explorer it does not display any of my local network devices after upgrading from Build 10240 to Build 10586. I have 5 PCs and 3 Servers, all do not appear under the Computer title in
the Network window. Under the 'Storage' title the Servers devices do appear but only 2 not the 3 servers in my case. All PCs are common and were upgraded to Windows 10 x64 Build 10586. Mapping each of the network device is possible. Using a 3rd party program
like 'Advanced IP Scanner' will identify all devices properly.

In an attempt to find a solution, some PCs were upgraded by installing Build 10586 over Build 10240. Once the problem was identified, two of the PCs had a 'clean' Build 10586 installation with no applications added.

I did note when my Apple MacBook had Windows 10 B10586 installed (with the Apple OS wipe clean off the hard drive) the 'Network' selection worked properly because the Boot Camp likely installed its own Apple network device. But the cost after installing
Boot Camp onto the Windows 10 Build 10240 and/or Build 10586 the "Volume Shadow Copy" feature disappear and prevented the Restore Point feature from completing a backup; this extended to preventing the 3rd party program ACRONIS Imaging from working as well.

Can these faluts be corrected?

 

Solution to: No Network Connections showing after Surface Pro 3 Upgrade to Windows 10

I have the same problem with my Surface Pro. Just updated from Win10 RTM to 1511 Build 10586. I reinstalled the wireless driver and it says it's working properly... but not network connections. I
did not have any CISCO VPN software installed... but I'm wondering if TeamViewer or Hyper-V network connections caused any problems.
