  1. 1440p monitors will not align properly

I have four 1440p monitors. The middle ones top and bottom align properly. The two one of each side refuse to align properly with the monitor they are docked/linked to. All monitors are 1440p high... The side ones are shifted upward about 16 pixels. Attached is a Google remote desktop showing the misalignment. No amount of moving and docking fixes the problem. It seems to be a bug due to the one 1440 below is somehow jacking the other monitors up. The two monitors in the middle are the exact same model....An internet search suggested using the Nvidia layout manager to address a similar probl

True fix for High DPI monitors

    Hi,

I have 2 27" monitors. One 4k and the other 1440p. While scaling the 4k monitor up to 150% makes it appear the same as the 1440p monitor, Windows still detects the 4k monitor as a "larger" monitor. This way i can't align them properly, like i can in MacOS.
I'm also a music producer. Plugins appear extremely tiny on the 4k monitor in FL studio (Like they ignore the scaling i set in Windows). When will Windows truly be able to scale up the monitor, so that the resolution is at 4k but it's recognized as being a
    1440p monitor?

    Thanks in advance

How to align Portrait and Landscape monitor, so that mouse doesn’t jump up or down?

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We understand you want to align multiple monitors in such a way that, the mouse doesn’t jump up or down while moving between them.

To do this you will have to alignment of the monitor in Settings as per your requirement. Refer the steps mentioned below:

    1. Press Windows key + I, to open
      Settings
      .
    2. Click on System and select
      Display
      from the left pane.
    3. Now, under Rearrange your displays, click on any one of the monitor, hold the mouse button and drag it to align it.

You can refer the screenshot below:

However, if you want to move from the bottom of the Portrait monitor to the Landscape monitor, you will have to drag the mouse upwards. Moving the mouse sideways from the bottom will not allow you to move between the monitors.

1440p monitors will not align properly

    1440P or 4K

High on my wish list is the BenQ GW2765 HT which is 1440p and ips, the same size as my LG M2762D, a 1080p tv/monitor. I feel that the 4K monitors may suffer from text size problems in this size range as Bobkn has mentioned.
