Windows 10: 15MAY2020 Windows Update Failure. Blue Screen of Advanced Options that Fail

I was warned about need to UPDATE and RESTART repeatedly so I allowed and now have no access to my OS.


Blue Screen appeared to CHOOSE KEYBOARD. Then 2 CHOICES ONLY. Troubleshoot OR Turn off your PC.


Troubleshoot>2 CHOICES Recovery Manager OR Advanced Options.


RECOVERY MANAGER with HP is ENDLESS LOOP offering only to install from backups located in Texas.


Advanced Options> 6 CHOICES >

1 Startup Repair which fails.

2Command Prompt which I do not understand

3 Uninstall Updates>with Uninstall latest Quality update & Uninstall latest feature update. BOTH FAIL

4 UEFI Firmware Settings. I do not understand how to use. NO NEW FIRMWARE.

5 System Restore > Results in a DIALOGUE BOX Titled "System Restore" with RED X, verbiage-Para1-"To use System Restore, you must first specify which Windows installation to restore", Para2-"Restart this computer, select an operating system, and then select System Restore." NO WAY TO DO THIS AS I CANNOT GET INTO MY PC. I therefore must CLOSE the DIALOGUE BOX. THIS RESULTS IN GOING ALL THE WAY BACK OUT TO after SELECTING KEYBOARD, 2 Options of Troubleshoot OR Turn off the PC. Therefore back to TROUBLESHOOT > then ADVANCED OPTIONS.

6 FINAL CHOICE. System Image Recovery. Unsure of this PROCESS.


DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO BACK DOOR INTO MY OS? I DO HAVE MCAFEE which I recently searched to see complaints trying to solve my issue so I will UNINSTALL if I can ever recover my PC. I CANNOT AFFORD TIME TO REINSTALL ALL SOFTWARE as TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. Any other options. Happily then DISABLE the UPDATE and UNINSTALLING but I need to get into my PC.


ALSO, I do not have SAFE MODE option. DO I FORCE BY STOPPING PC during STARTUP 3 times to get SAFE MODE? Even so, then I have no idea what to do

  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
