Windows 10: 1603 fatal error during installation on Windows 10

trying to install 007 qautaum of soalce on my computer but keep getting this error and im at a loss need help ?

Error 1603 Fatal Error while installing sage 100 Contractor in Windows 10 Pro

I just tried to install sage 100 Contractor on a brand new dell laptop with Windows 10 pro and I get a fatal error 1603 msi.chn

I tried right clicking and installing as "administrator" no luck

I tried logging on to the network as administrator and doing the same, no luck.

I need help, any ideas?

I am trying to uninstall a programm, on windows 10. The programm is an acsi campsite programm. I keep getting the message

I have tried these but can find no solution to this problem.
