Windows 10: 1607 - cannot update. win10 x64

Discus and support 1607 - cannot update. win10 x64 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Why hasn't Microsoft fixed this?     Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

    Win10 1607 update issues

    I'm having issues with the Windows 10 Anniversary/1607 update. Slow response from applications and Windows Explorer, right-clicking brings up blank windows, icons occasionally don't show up on the taskbar, etc. I've tried a few steps including rolling
    back the update (the issues carried over to the previous version after uninstalling 1607) and reinstalling but with no success. My once perfectly functioning PC has become a pain to operate. Any suggestions on how to get it back in shape (short of a complete
    reinstall on Win10)?

    Hello,

    I need a bootable installation media for Win10 Pro x64 - Build 1607 or 1511 however, Media Creation Tool only downloads 1709 which is not allowed for my application.

    How can I get Win10 Pro x64 - Build 1607 or 1511 installation media?
