Windows 10: 1803/1809 not working 0x800f0922

Discus and support 1803/1809 not working 0x800f0922 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I'm trying to solve this for weeks. No chance.     I'm trying to solve this for weeks. No chance. Even windows support told me to reinstall everything.

    Windows 10 1803 update

    Windows 10 1803 Cumulative Update KB4346783 failed with error code 0x800f0922.

    Windows refuses to update - Error 0x800f0922


    Windows won't update, i ran sfc as an Admin in CMD and no issues.

    W10 1809 KB4476976 and KB4481031 fail 0x800f0922

    W10 1809 KB4476976 and KB4481031 fail 0x800f0922

    tried all the normal fixes, no joy and of course you can't turn W10 Home Update off

    recovery to a previous point is fine but then W10 trys to update again and you're into a LOOP

    So, what's the fix?
