Windows 10: 1903 error during installation

I got the following error. It appeared while 1903 was installing "We cant finish the Update. Try restarting your device and we'll try again. Error Code 0x8007000e"
What are you supposed to do when you get this message? Do you leave the window open and just restart your PC the usual way by clicking on the Start menu/Power/Restart?
The reason Im asking is..There was a Retry button underneath the error message.
I don't know whether you're supposed to select the Retry button to perform the restart or whether the Retry button shown does something completely different to a Restart and is just there as a second option if the standard PC restart doesn't work?
Has anyone else seen this message before...its confusing as to what you are supposed to do?

Can't open Windows Sandbox Error 0x80070002


Microsoft has acknowledged this issue now:

Windows Sandbox may fail to start with error code “0x80070002”Windows Sandbox may fail to start with "ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND (0x80070002)" on devices in which the operating system language is changed during the update process when installing Windows 10, version 1903.


Affected platforms:

• Client: Windows 10, version 1903

Next steps: We are working on a resolution and estimate a solution will be available in late June.

Known issues for Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903


As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
