Windows 10: 1903 install

6 hours to download and install feature 1903, and it's only at 89% !! Running off an ethernet cable from a 75/75 router with nothing else running . Of course never got the option to ignore the update. It's taking more time to update from 1803 to 1903 then it takes to setup a new laptop from the box. Microsoft, you should be ashamed of yourself pushing out a software upgrade that is this time consuming. And, read the comments on the boards about the myriad problems people are having. Do you seriously wonder why people move to Apple ?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

If I understand correctly, in simple terms, you are suggesting changing the path/method of obtaining the 1903 update but still installing it anyway -

Surely if the problem is actually with the 1903 update then the result will be the same problems irrespective of how it is applied?

Please could you clarify in simple terms, step by step, what your suggested actions actually do and how this may solve the problem.
