    1903 - Page fault in a non paged area BSOD when on home network


    Hello,


    At my organization, we are slowly rolling users up to update 1903. We now have two different users one on HP Elitebook 840 G3 and the other one on HP Elitebook 840 G4 that are experiencing the BSOD Page fault in a non paged area. They only experience this problem when they work from home though, never in the office. The users don't live together so presumably, this is two different home networks. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps I can think of. I ran a Disk check, I ran mem diags, I replaced the ram sticks with fresh ones, I upgraded them from 8gb of ram to 16gb, I have made sure all drivers are up to date, and I defaulted down their bios.


    Does anyone have any further advice or solutions?

    Page Fault in Non-Paged Area BSOD

    While installing windows 10 even before the setup started this BSOD of page fault in non paged area pops up and I am unable to install it.The same problem with other Windows OS installation.

    Sorry that should say page fault in non paged area. Also corresponding to when BSOD started, CPU fan seems to be working overtime.

    Creator Update Paging in Non-Paged Area


    I did the Creator update for Windows 10 today, and since then I've been getting consistent BSOD crashes due to page fault in non-paged area, where I was getting no BSODs before. I'd like to fix the situation and not just do a rollback, but if that's the best step I'll go ahead and do that.
