Windows 10: 1903 Windows 10 update stuck at 0%

I've had outdated windows 10 updates for a while now and I decided to update since I couldn't do some things if I had an outdated update. I started to download the update and first it got stuck at 73% when I was downloading it. But when I tried again it worked fine. So now it's actually installing the update and it's just stuck at 0% and it says "Working on updates 0% Don't turn off the computer. This takes a while" And it's been stuck on 0% for about an hour or two I'd guess.

Downloading updates stuck at 0%


Hello everyone, Windows Update has been stuck at 0% every time I've tried in the last couple of days (see screenshot). These are the two updates available:

• Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3103688).

• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3105213).

Windows Updates stuck at 0%

Hi all, I started having this issue recently. I ran windows update and all downloads were stuck at 0%. Hence I downloaded the 1903 update manually from the Microsoft website.

After the update was installed, I tried running windows update again. However, all updates are stuck at 0% and refuse to download.

I have tried so many “solutions” from online - restarting the services, deleting softwaredistribution, disabling firewall, etc. , but nothing seems to help. Every time I check for updates, the list of updates comes out and everything is stuck at 0%.

I’m at my wits end now, my internet works just fine and everything else seems to be working fine as well, except for this annoying issue. I do notice that when I start the update, the download folder in softwaredistribution populated with folders and files inside, but it does not grow beyond a few hundred kb.

Please help me!
