Windows 10: 1920x1080

Discus and support 1920x1080 in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; Hi! I just noticed my computers not running at 1920x1080.   2. 1920x1080 not available since major update this morning

    I installed the monitor driver but 1920x1080 is still not available *Sad


    It still does not even list 1920x1080 as a valid mode. It still only allows up to 1600x1200. 1920x1080 was available before the update.

    Try the following methods and check if it helps:

    Method 1:

    I suggest you check and select the 1920x1080 Display Resolution.

    Follow the below steps:

    • Right click on the open area on the Desktop.
    • Select the Graphics properties.
    • Click on Display.
    • Under Resolution check and select the 1920x1080 Display Resolution if its present.
    If the issue persists then follow the below method.

    Method 2:

    I suggest you to update the Display adapters driver from the Device Manager and check if it works.

    Follow the below steps:

    1. Right click on Start button and click on Device Manager.

    2. Select the Graphic driver from the list by extending Display adapters.

    3.Right click on the Graphic driver and click on Update driver Software.

    If the issue persists then follow the below method.

    Method 3:

    I would recommend you to download and install the latest driver in compatibility mode for the manufacturer’s website and check if it works.

    Unable to select 1920x1080 resolution.

    Thanks for the quick reply, I have done this step before and did it again as per your instructions. It appears that windows still doesn't recognize my monitor as capable of 1920x1080...
