Windows 10: 2 codes: "0x80D02017" && "0x8007000d - 0x90002"

When trying to update the windows store I get 0x80d02017, when trying to create a bootable windows 10 disc, I get0x8007000d - 0x90002


I have tried the following

• wsreset.exe
• troubleshoot issues from windows update no issues found
• Logging in and out of the windows store
• clearing the "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download" folder using administrator CMD
• disabling ipv6 support
• Emptying the Temp directory

EDIT: I was unable to update my version from 1909 without manually downloading the upgrade and applying it that way. As error 0x00d02017 prevented me from doing so via the online windows update system.


Any other steps I can take?

If you receive Windows Update error 0x8007000d, it means that a file needed by Windows Update is damaged or missing. Try one of these methods to resolve the problem.

Method 1: I suggest you to first run Windows update troubleshooter and check if it helps you fix the issue.

  In the search tab type Troubleshooting and hit enter.
  
• 
  Select System and security.
  
• 
  Click Windows update troubleshooter and follow the onscreen instructions.
  

Method 2: Try the following steps to run
DISM scan to check and restore system file corruption:

• 
  Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.

  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  

Check to see if the issue is resolved. If not, restart the PC.

 

Error code: 0x8007000D - 0x90002 on Win10 Media Creation Tool

I am already on Windows 10 and have been having some problem, not sure what it is but could be a virus possibly. I overall just wanted to reset my PC and start fresh to remove a lot of clutter.

I downloaded the Media Creation Tool to reset Windows 10 completely and I get the error code: 0x8007000D - 0x90002. I also tried doing the factory reset thing in the settings, I clicked "get started" and nothing would open.

I have tried many things already to fix this error and just want more suggestions on what to do or any way to reset my PC. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!
