2 laptops side by side hear me say "Hey Cortona" . how do I get my laptop to hear me only?

Cant hear cortona voice

i had tired of trying all the possibilities ......my speakers are working properly for all the softwares ....Except for cortona....... the main problem is

WHY I CANT HEAR CORTONA'S VOICE?????

last year i brought my laptop ...for that time cortona works well...and its responds only to my voice...later i roll back to windows 8 and then upgraded to windows 10 before 3 months now its not working....

PLEASE HELP ME

I suggest you enable settings in the Playback Devices and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the speaker icon on your taskbar.
• Select Playback Devices.
• Click on the Playback Devices and right click on the
  Speakers/Headphones.
• Check mark on the Show Disabled Devices and
  Show Disconnected Devices.

If the issue persists the follow the below step.

Step 2:
