Windows 10: 2 networks; network localhost@9010 error code 0x80070043

I also get an error for a duplicate IP address conflict and how can I get rid of them as they worry me. I have had unprecedented data munching by my VPN, open on Norton. I would like to fix this problem regardless and I am using windows 10 uptodate which was a difficult update 1903 I believe from earlier Windows 10 with original Windows 8 purchased. I like the desk top function so this is enabled and could this cause a conflict? I also have a bug on my Internet Explorer 11 so that I can no longer search anything on the browser and I cannot find the program to uninstall or install. I believe I downloaded a document from a lawyers forum that caused an error code after the page break. All may or may not be relative but this computer person installed OrbitzII and this did not resolve these concerns.

Error Code: 0x80070043 The network name cannot be found

I can no longer access my Drop box files from my computer as pop this morning. Error code 0x80070043 came up and said the network name cannot be found.

How do I fix?

I am getting error code 0x80070043 with message "The network name cannot be found" when trying to install Office 365. How do I fix this?

i followed these steps, but no matter what, i couldnt stop network list services.

"windows could not stop the network list service on local computer. error 1061: the service cannot accept control messages at this time".

also, which pc am i meant to be running this fix on? both PC's reported error 1061.
