Windows 10: 2 versions of windows 10

I recently had to update my sons gaming pc as he was getting the blue screen issue plus we couldn’t actually get the PC to start so a complete reboot and re installation was required. Any way someone on here assisted with downloading onto usb and reinstalling windows. However he still has a blue screen on start up but with 2 versions Windows 10, an older one with administrator and a new clean one. He wants to completely delete the older version and administrator from the pc and get the blue screen gone. how does he go about it?? Thanks in advance.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
