Windows 10: 2 Windows 7 (dual boot) to 2 Windows 10 (dual boot): Is this possible?

I have already checked that the process to upgrade my Win 7 Home Premium 32 bit laptop to the equivalent Win 10 runs smoothly keeping almost every application and all data perfect.

The point is that I have a rather complex (for me) configuration in an HP system with two Win 7 Home Premium x64 running alternatively in a dual boot scheme, and I would like to keep the equivalent, migrating both systems to win 10 without a clean install, if possible. Both Windows are in the same SSD Disk (1 TB), with the typical System (100 MB), C (180 GB), D (120 GB) and other partitions. MBR and classical old BIOS. Hw is HP-350es. I'm not a Windows specialist, so some years ago a friend of mine helped me to build the dual boot system.

I am reading that the combination of dual boot + W10 migration is quite complicated, so I would like to know what is the best path for doing it, if any.

I have Norton Ghost backups for both systems and reserved partition.

If needed, I could add a second disk or SSD if having one windows in every disk would ease the case. But I wouldn't know how to change the boot scheme, so I am waiting for your help.

Just remember if u want UEFI on Windows 10 u most have UEFI on your Windows 7 too if not u need to go change it in the bios everytime u want to go back to Windows 7.

 

dual booting Windows and Linux

I was wondering if theres a way when dual booting Windows 7 and Linux Mint, to have it boot Windows by default and possibly not show the GRUB menu, and if I press a certain key, have it boot linux instead?

Is this even possible?

 

Dual boot system consisting of Windows 7 & Windows 10

Is it possible / permissible to alter an existing dual boot system of 2 windows 7 O.S. to upgrade one of the windows 7 to Windows 10 and leave the other Windows 7 as is? The result would be a dual boot system of Windows 7 & 10.
