Windows 10: 2004 Windows 10 Update

I am becoming more and more convinced that when I updated to the 2004 Build of Windows 10, it has caused some issues with my e-mail. I have been using Outlook 365 and before I installed the 2004 update, I wasn't experiencing the problem I am having now. That is, Outlook has been prompting me to re-enter my login credentials for both my outlook.com and Gmail accounts.


Now before you think this is something for the Outlook board, I decided to try out my email addresses with the Windows Mail app. I am STILL having the same issues with my email accounts as I was with Outlook! Again, Inever had this many problems as I do now prior to installing the 2004 update.


I am attempting to uninstall the 2004 update, and I thought I had. I saw in the list of installed updates, I had this one: KB4565503 OS Build 19041.388


Once my computer completed that installation, I now see that I still have the 2004 version but this time, with the 19041.1 build. I want to get rid of the 2004 build altogether.


Am I missing anything? How can I downgrade to the latest build before 2004? Thanks.

Having problem update to Windows 10, version 2004
