    been trying to do the new update but it keeps failing.... I have been working on this for several days and tried all the trouble shooting..... I still can not get the up date to work... keeps saying it is missing here is the error I keep receiving

    Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later.

    Error code: (0x80073712)


    I have run the troubling shooting, Had someone from Best buy look at it and they cant even get it to update... This problem is keeping the rest of my updates from processing
