Windows 10: 2018-10 Cumlulative Update version 1803 (KB4462919)

Ever since the October 2018 Update came out, the update failed 16 times to install on my computer. Every time, it had the same reason and the same error code, failed due to missing or corrupted files and error code 0x80073712. Earlier today, it end up getting stuck at the "initializing" status. I have search the code and forums are saying to reinstall the files from the windows catalog or to install windows update troubleshooter, but nothing solved the issue. Is this the update that Microsoft is telling me not to install because of missing files or is this something else? Can I just install the update that came out on the 24th of October (version 1803, KB4462933) and ignore the issue?

I tried the stand alone installer for 1803.

I just bought a windows 10 desktop...same problem.....Im taking it back and getting a Mac...I suggest we all do this...Microsoft clearly needs a Hard lesson from all of us...That if they do not give a F**K...Then we will "FAIL" to Support them TOO......

I have tried multiple times to install this update "2018-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4462919)" and I keep on getting error messages, problems installing some updates. Running the troubleshooter has not helped.
The latest error message is this "Error 0x800705b4" .

Since I cannot install the update, I cannot install this also "Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package (KB2538243)" the error message is this "Error 0x80240016"

Any suggestions?
