Windows 10: 2018-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4462919) -...

I am having issues with getting updates now after 1809 failed to install and did a undoing changes. I contacted Microsoft ask a agent

the agent tried to reinstall 1803 but that failed as well. mind you this took 3 hours the agent was allowed to do a remote take over my PC and try this install. case # 1443618803. I contacted right after the failed install the agents again and this time my update history was gone they took over my pc again remote. 3 more hours looked over things then asked me what I wanted to do. I wanted them to help me fix my PC. I guess that is not a option. This is what I did before I contacted a agent.

I ran windows update there was a update Feature Update to Windows 10, version 1809 it downloaded started the install.
system rebooted then after 30% about it rebooted. then started to install some more around 57% rebooted.
get a message undoing changes. failed to install on 10/2/2018-0x8007001f system stays at windows 10 1803 version 17134.320.
Not the first time I had issues with a install. so I tried windows 10 update assistant (windows10upgrade9252 Version 1.4.9200.22589)
it downlaoded, verified, started install same as above undoing changes same error code 0x8007001f.

so I tried Media creation tool (mediacreationtool1809 version 10.0.17763.1) I choose (upgrade this pc now) it starts install
undoing changes how ever error code 0x80070570.0x90002 is diffrent this time. so I tried again media creation tool undoing changes
yet another diffrent error code 0x8007025d-0xb0003.
I am not one to give up so I tried ISO used the media creation tool same as above created ISO for 64 bit
Yet another error code 0x8007025d-ox2000c with a message.
The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with a error during APPLY_IMAGE operation.
I tried reset this pc it fails.
So now I am getting a bit pissed what is going on? So I tried OS tools on my system. GRRRRRRRRRRRR!

So now I am at a loss as to what to do now? I have run troubleshoot windows update it repaired some things but still no luck.
I tried uninstalling the last update it will not uninstall kb4458469
I tried reinstalling kb4458469 stand alone package it comes back with this down load is not for my system and it is the right dang one.
I tried clean boot. and ran the tools. same results.

I tried WU170509 (troubleshooting pack cabnet) No help.
I treid ISO of windows 10 1803 at 52% it went back down to 45% then message was Restoring your previous version of windows...
Error code 0x8007001f-0x300d message The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with a error during MIGRATE_DATA operation.
so I can not go forward or back what the heck do I do now?

2018-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4103721) has been a pending update in my system upate center for 2 weeks but never downloads...any ideas?

 

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240
