Windows 10: 2018-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4467702)

Tried to install update multiple times and repeatedly received error code 0x80070003. After each failure, I ran the Update Troubleshooter and tried to reset Windows Update via Command Prompt. I'm running Windows 10 Pro on a Dell Inspiron 5770 laptop with an Intel core i7 CPU with 16GB RAM. Looking at KB article shows that a fix for AMD based vulnerability was included in update. If update is for AMD based machines, why is it trying to install on one using Intel? I've currently paused updates to prevent Windows trying to install. Any insight would be appreciated. Other updates have been installed with no issues.

I tried the stand alone installer for 1803.

2018-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4103721) has been a pending update in my system upate center for 2 weeks but never downloads...any ideas?
