Windows 10: 2019-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4487017) -...

Hello everybody,


I'm having an issue with Windows Update. I have two pending updates that I can't install because of two different errors. I couldn't find a similar problem in other posts (I mean a similar combination of updates and similar error codes). What happens is reported as follows:



1) This is the initial window from Windows Update:

Intel Corporation - SoftwareComponent - 11/25/2018 12:00:00 AM - 2.2.100.47975

Status: Downloading - 0%

2019-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4487017)

Status: Initializing...



2) After I install the update, I get these errors:

There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help:

3) I run the Troubleshoot for Windows Update and it states that all the problems are fixed.


4) I start again the update from the following window:

Intel Corporation - SoftwareComponent - 11/25/2018 12:00:00 AM - 2.2.100.47975

Status: Pending install

2019-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4487017)

Status: We couldn't install some updates because the PC was turned off.



5) Again a problem:

6) then, when I retry, it starts from 1) again
