    2019-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4494441)


    My system would not give me access to any apps after this update was installed and it crashed altogether. I will not install until it seems that the issues are resolved. Does anyone know the current status?

    Why are these 2 files the same on 2019-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 (KB4494441)

    On webpage, Microsoft Update Catalog

    is the SAME file as:

    BOTH are 235,667,720 and are duplicate identical files.

    Of course, the non-server one is the one I need. It will not install. Could they both be the server version?
